Should I wear a mask when I come for service?
Because we have to sit face to face, I ask that you wear a face covering to your appointment. Even if you have been vaccinated. If you don’t have a mask, one will be provided for you
How should I book my appointment?
Please schedule exactly what you want. All services are timed by the scheduler. When you schedule the correct service, it allots the correct amount of time that is needed to complete your personal experience. Please be mindful to others and myself in this case. If when trying to book a service and you find that it says I am “booked”, you must pick another day or wait until the next day to try again for when one becomes available. Please do not select a shorter timed service and then change your service on arrival. Because I understand that things happen: So if when you made your original fill-in appointment and you find that as your appointment day approaches before the 24 hour period that your acrylic nails are not holding up and or weak, you will need a full set. Go to your original email confirmation page and change your service to a full set. Please remember, If you want nail art added to your full set, pick nail art. If you want a toe polish, pick toe polish. All additional items are listed in the drop menu. If you don’t pick it, I won’t and don’t have time to do it before the next person comes in for service
How do I book multiple services?
When booking multiple services, click your desired service. Apply any add ons from the drop menu if you choose to. Remember, when you pick the service that you want, it automatically blocks off the time needed to complete your service. (Please note, when you initially see your desired appointment time and then once you click the add ons, you notice that it says “no times available”) that means that I won’t have time to complete that service. That is because someone is scheduled behind you. You could go back and “simplify” your service by removing the add ons. But keep in mind, I will not be doing any additional service that could not be booked through the booking site due to time restriction. If it can not be booked, I can not do it. You must try another day if that doesn’t suit you
Why do the time slots keep disappearing?
When you select your services, sometimes you will notice a lot of times appear and then suddenly disappear once you add additional services. That is because the calendar automatically allots time for the services to be rendered. If someone else is scheduled sometime after you, then the services that you selected runs over unto that clients appointment and the calendar will automatically push you back out. That is why it important for everyone to select the exact service that is needed. Time is allotted only for the service that is selected
Do you offer reoccurring appointments?
Not at this time. Due to the rise in current covid cases, many clients have had to reschedule too many appointments at the last minute. In addition to this, reoccurring appointments are unavailable at this time due to client work schedules at different times resulting in conflicting schedules
Can I make my next appointment before I leave?
I can not stop to log into that system after each client. I do not log into my calendar daily to modify appointments. In addition to this, all appointments are a deposited transaction and therefore it is up to you to book your next appointment right before or right after your upcoming appointment
Can I pay my deposit in person?
All deposits must be made at the time of booking. To pay your deposit, you must book your own appointment through the booking site. I cannot take appointments that are booked via text
I have on a set from someone else?
I do not go over other nail techs work. I can not insure, what is underneath the foundation or how long the foundation will last. If you schedule a fill in and I did not service the original set, you will have to reschedule for a full set
Can I bring extra people or my child?
No you can not bring extra people. However, if you have an appointment directly before or after the person that you are referring to then yes it is completely fine and encouraged. No child is allowed in the studio unless being serviced. I do not service children under the age of 10
I am going to be late, can I still come?
Please arrive to your appointment at your appointed time. You have a 15 min grace period if you are late. Anywhere in this 15 minute time frame is fine. After 15 mins, you must reschedule your own appointment and you will lose your initial deposit. No exceptions. I understand things happen. Especially last minute. Because I allow a grace period for each client, and sometimes I run over. Please be mindful of this when you are running late for your appointment, sometimes it throws me off schedule for the day and other clients off from other things they may have planned for the day
What happens if I missed my appointment?
I understand that things happens. But two no call no shows will result in you being added to the block list
Can I be your first or last client of the day?
My first and last client is already set for the day
How often do you open your calendar?
The calendar is open for 21 days in advance. Even if you see no times available, check back as new appointments open every day. The times that the appointments open up are automatic. But new times are displayed everyday and they go fast
What happens if I reschedule my appointment?
Appointments rescheduled before 24 hours are deposit transferable. In order to do this, you must reschedule your own appointment to transfer your deposit to your new appointment. You can do this from your email confirmation
Do you ever get any cancellations?
Yes. However, it is often a last minute cancellation and too short of a notice to fill the spot. That is why I encourage everyone to use the original email confirmation to reschedule your appointment if you can't make it so that time slot will automatically open up that spot for someone else
What if I don’t feel well?
If you do not feel well, please do not come to your appointment. With any type of viral illness. Not just subject to one. If you contact me before your appointment time, I will transfer your deposit to your next appointment and get you in as soon as you are well

Do you have a waitlist?
Yes I do. The waitlist logs clients in the order in which it is received. When a time slot becomes available, you will automatically receive an email asking if you to book that appointment .The invitation is time sensitive. Click the link at the top of the page to get started
Why do you have a newsletter?
I have a newsletter so that you can stay informed on events, schedule changes and more. Click the link at the bottom of the page to get started
Do you do weddings and private parties?
I can accommodate small parties and wedding parties of up to 8. I do not travel. All services must be performed at the studio. I would need a 4 week notice to block off the time for your party. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. Message me directly to book!
Do you offer classes?
